We’re excited to announce that our new online document signing system, powered by PandaDoc, is now available to all clients!

Online document signing allows clients (and prospective clients) to digitally sign and accept Press Foundry proposals, development agreements, change request forms, and more through an easy-to-use online interface. The whole print, sign, and re-scan process oftentimes can bring a project to a screeching halt. Now, clients can simply open the document, sign with a legally binding digital signature, and save. We’ll then get a notification and begin working on your project, support case, modification, or any other task right away.

Have any questions or comments along the way? Using our real-time comment thread is instant, easy, and keeps all the right people in the loop. You can suggest changes to the document itself and compare versions to see what’s changed before signing.

While we’ve tested this system extensively before launching it publicly, we’re still in the early adoption phase of real-world use. Because of this, we welcome you to send us feedback, good or bad, as well as suggestions and bug reports so that we may make the platform better for you and others to come in the future!
